Ahold started requiring two-factor authentication in June, 2025. Confido continues to support the Ahold integration, with the following action required by an Ahold user.

1. Login to an Ahold account at this url. An admin account is not required.
2. Navigate to this link in Microsoft.
3. Click + Add sign-in method

1. Click Microsoft Authenticator

   

2. Click I want to use a different authenticator app

   

3. Click Next

   

4. Click Can’t scan image?

   

5. Copy the secret key and click Next

   

6. Click Next

7. Enter the secret key into Confido here under Ahold Delhaize → Update Secret key
